I’m a sophmore. My fastest mile is 5:07. I ran that during the fall, and I’m not quite as in shape now in spring, but I have a mile race tommorow and I kinda need help planning the strategy of my running. I’m a horrible pacer, always going out. My 800 splits during my PR was 2:25. I need advice on breathing, pacing, form/posture, when and how much to drink and eat b/f race, and mental thinking. Also how I should plan my attack if I could put it, like how I should chase after ppl and let ppl go and such. Tks for help
