Public Relations

I’m going to major in Marketing, PR, and Advertising when I go to college and I was wondering what are some careers in these fields. Like what kind of jobs would I be able to get with this major and would the jobs pay decent money?

I only will have a Marketing BS when I graduate and no communications Minor or anything, but I really am passionate about PR. That is truly what I’d looove to do. So is it likely that I can obtain that job with just a BS in Marketing? Most of the people I know that want to do PR are Communication majors with Marketing Minor.

college student here trying to decide on a major public relation sounds interesting to me about the party scene, promoting clubs ect. can someone help me out that has experience in some what in public relation or has graduated from school in a degree in public relation tell me if you like your job what does it consist of, and so on. thanks everyone

i’m currently a full time college student and i decided to double major. my 1st major is Media Communication Arts, with specialization in Advertising and PR. and my 2nd major is International Studies; here i’m interested in 2 area studies - Europe and Development of 3rd World Countries. i haven’t decided which area i will persue as of right now.

QUESTION
1)what kind of job do you think i’ll be able to get?
2) and most importantly who do u think will be interested in me?
3)will overseas travel or relocation be involved in this possible job? (i really want to travel internatioanally)

I need help. Please recommend some really good search engines and recruiters for this market. By the way, I work in Georgia.

but have several years of experience in journalism. Do I have to practice alot on public relations writing, and prepare answers for how to plan promotion strategies etc.
