I am a really shy communication major, but I would like to pursue a career as a copy writer with a public relations firm. U am very passionate about writing, but I am not sure if I am cut out for this field. Any suggestions will be very helpful. Thanks :)

Can anyone tell me some of the jobs in the Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations field. I would really like to get some advice on those jobs. What are the pros and cons. What is the hours, salary, are the jobs interesting, how was college, is it stressful, etc… Thank You to all who answers!!!!

Career in Public Relations?

I am a freshman in college and I am currently majoring in English, but considering a career in public or media relations for a sports team. I was wondering if anyone in the field could share some insights as to the general nature of the job.

I have heard the job market is highly competitive for public relations executives, and my worst fear is graduating college and not being able to find a job.

Any thoughts would be helpful, thank you.

I intend to study in communication next september.Meanwhile i work not in the field to get money and pay my studies.But i understannd i need ways to gain experience in that field. i was thinking about a little part time job, but i have no experience! what can i do?
