We recently discovered that my 16 year old brother has been having sexual relations with a 72 year old woman.
He has been pretending to be her grandson and signing her out of the nursing home, they then sneak around finding different places to have “relations”. This all started when they met on myspace.
I have spoke to the director at the nursing home and they have revoked her computer privileges however I found that they are still playing games together on some Wii network.
We went to the police department to press charges and they just laugh at us. She has admitted it to us and them but they still refuse to do anything. We feel as though they are high fiving her behind our backs!
We don’t know what to do we feel that if the police wont take us seriously no lawyer will. Please help we are at our wits end here and need to see justice done!
