what do you think of the airflights to Orlando and PR being cut?

Orlando and PR are areas of major destinations….
And many air companies are cutting their airflights to these places…. They say it’s because gas prices, but is that fair for people who usually travel back and forth?…. Business trips, or family visits for example.

Is it fair? What do you think?

It may not be fare, but it’s necessary if the airlines are to stay in business. There has already been 7 airlines that have gone out of business just since the first of the year and at least one MAJOR carrier will be out of business by the end of the year.

Fair has nothing to do with it. This is business. Airlines like to accomodate customer requests and needs but they also need to make a profit. Truck drivers and airlines alike are struggling. They need to do when they need to do. Going belly up doesn’t help anyone.

If enough people were flying the route, they would not cut the flights. They cut some flights so that the ones left will be more full.
