My health teacher tried to tell our class last year that it is illegal for two individuals under the age of eighteen to have ***…I guess it could result in some sort of penalty if parents wanted to press charges…but is it actually illegal like how killing someone is illegal?

Most states have ’statutory rape’ laws. That means having *** with anyone under the ‘age of consent’ is legally considered ****. In many states, the laws only apply if the ages of those involved differ by a certain number of years. It make no difference if the parents wish to press charges. The STATE always makes that decision in the US.

It could be illegal, but it depends on the two individuals. Do they want to break the “law”. I mean be real, nobody pays much attentions to the laws, unless it benefit thyself that is. But other than that people do whatever they want, if it comes it comes. Talking about ages is b***s***to me. If two person are willing to take the consequences parent’s shouldn’t **** in, and using parents is a nasty way of getting a revenge on a particular person if something unpleasant happened btw the two of you.
