$1,000 total for 2 months. That sounds low but you will be emailing or faxing to 20 news organizations. Then 20 phone calls to community organizations. And the client will be using your experience to learn more about his business and how business works.
If your “campaign” works, the results will be immediate and dramatic. THen you could enter into a long-term deal where he keeps you on retainer year-round for $2,000 a month. You only need a few clients like this to life a good life.
