Cite two examples of marketing communications (advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, or direct marketing) that led you to purchase two products in the past.
The first purchase should be one that required the expenditure of a significant percentage of your income, such as a car, house, computer, or large television.
The second is an everyday purchase: milk, toilet paper, diapers, etc.

Great question! It’s Christmas season and this should get you many responses!
I have bought a desktop, scanner, printer, laptop, & 3 Zunes (new Ipod w/30Gig). was influnced to purchase through a newspaper ad in my local paper. I usualy purchase about 95% of my goods through brick and motar business. First I am influenced by a newspaper ad, or tv commercial & then I do the research online and end up going to my local business to purchase. I usually buy information products or services online for personal use, but I also end up purchasing from my established vendors for my wholesale business.
The smaller ticket item I was influenced by was a direct mail peice from Barnes & Noble. They sent me a coupon for 40% off on some selected books. I went into the store and purchased a book.
I hope this information helps & Best of luck!
