Applying for Canadian PR - Recent Graduate with no work experience?

Hello
I graduated from Canada in July 2008 with MSc in computer engineering and my degree will be conferred in July 2009. I have no work experience after graduation, but I worked during the time I was in school.
1. Am I eligible to apply for the Canadian PR?
2. Which category?
3. Do you have an advice?
Thanks a lot.

  2. Sidwell Says:

assuming you graduated from a canadian institution, you MUST have 12 months of work experience IN Canada (on a work permit - there is a post graduate work permit available) before you can apply for PR.

This is called the Canadian Experience class.

    You must:

plan to live outside the province of Quebec (Quebec is not eligible for this visa)

You must be either - :
1 - a temporary foreign worker with at least two years of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience IN Canada, or
2 - a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada

    You must -
    - have gained your experience in Canada with the proper work or study authorization
    - apply while working in Canada – or – within one year of leaving your job in Canada
