Was OJ railroaded in THIS trial for past legal complications of which he was acquitted? ?

Did the court system and jury use this trial to punish him for past trials that he walked away from after winning the cases?

Is anyone else here tired of the Goldman family using the media as a public relations firm for badmouthing OJ? Everytime he is somewhere, they are standing right behind him, squawking like a jaybird.
For those of you that say he murdered the two, were you there when it happened, or just going on what you feel?

So you’re excusing him for holding up people with a gun, on tape no less?

Odd line of thought, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

  2. JOSHUA H Says:

No, his sentence was in line with what people get for those crimes without his background.

As to the Goldman family, he should have thought about that before he decided to murder people.

He nearly decapitated Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. If he was railroaded I am just fine with it. It’s called Karma.

  4. Cynthia B Says:

It’s karma, kudos to the Goldman family. Have you ever lost anyone to a viloent crime?

Just cause the Goldman family is there doesn’t mean they forced the networks to tape them.

Railroaded? There was sufficient evidence, including a video tape, that OJ did exactly what he was accused of. Whether his past influenced the jury is up for debate. There is NO debate however regarding how his past (as an icon, hero and legend) influenced the jury in his murder trial.

It does not take an eyewitness to convict someone of murder. So no, I was not there, which is not essential to my decision. It is not something I “feel.” My conviction that OJ killed Goldman and Nicole is based on solid evidence, mostly blood evidence, but shored up by a great deal of other indisputable evidence.

That trial was a joke and anybody with a lick of sense knows it. Arguments that OJ was framed, that OJ was innocent — THOSE are the arguments that are based strictly on feelings, mostly feelings of admiration and adoration for the sports legend. I understand this. The trial was nearly at its end before I gave up arguing for his innocence. I grew up on OJ Simpson. I did not want him to be guilty. But the facts indicate that he most certainly did commit those murders.

So I would say to you, you are the one basing conclusions on “feelings.” And just because there’s no one around when the tree falls in the forest, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t make a thunderous noise.

I applaud the Goldman family for their tireless, relentless pursuit of justice for their son and the former Mrs. OJ. Someone has got to keep the memory alive. God knows none of OJ’s family is going to.

OJ Simpson is a narcissist. He’s had smoke blown up his wazoo his entire life about his greatness and his talent. He has time and time again been encouraged that he is above the law, as most sports legends have been.

OJ is a violent sociopath. There’s plenty of proof of that. It’s a good thing that he’s going where he can’t harm anyone else.

You need a better “poster child”. It was caught on tape.

    OJ’s an idiot.

He should never have even put himself in the position he was in.

I’m not saying he should have been living in fear of the white establishment or anything.

But he *knew* those people wanted him BAD.

What the Hell did he think was gonna happen behind this incident?

Katt Williams said it best, when he was talking about Michael Jackson.

“He forgot he was a n!&&@.”

Justice was served, and the Goldman’s got their justice a long time ago. Now they are going after all his assets and damaging his children.
They have made a career of badmouthing him, but he does deserve it.

The axe murderer got what he deserved
a blind man could see what he did

I like the Goldmans. They have been seeking justice for years. They now have it
