is a publicist and a public relations specialist the same thing?


I’m considering becoming a Publicist.
A music/Entertainment Publicist.

Do I need to have Strong english skills?
Is a publicist the same as a Public Relations specialist.
I’m not that good in math, can I engage into this career?

    Yes, they pretty much perform the same function.
    Certainly strong English skills are required, however you not need to be a math genius.
