What’s the difference between Public Relations moves and Propaganda?


I’m writing a paper about the Pentagon’s use of media analysts to promote positive press on the war in Iraq and I’m stuck on this question. please help
I’m still trying to figure out ytf people answer questions so uselessly.

    There is no difference. ‘Public Relations’ is just a euphemism for propaganda. The Baddies such as Hitler, Communists, Iran use ‘propaganda’; the ‘Goodies’ such as Bush, the Pentagon, the oil companies and celebrtities use ‘public relations. It is all the same - misinformation, disinformation, misrepresentation and at times dishonesty and downright lies.
