There is no flat rate for PR work that is universal from every PR company. You would have to contact a few local firms, describe the work that you need and ask for a bid. Each firm will probably give a different bid. Large, well-known, prestige PR companies will charge very high rates even for simple work. Smaller, no-frills PR companies will charge lower rates.
