It turns out FactCheck has their thinking caps on! This is the summary of their factCheck analyis of tonight’s infomercial…that delayed the World Series Final game.
-Increased taxes already down the $200,000 (Obama’s words). Biden already slipped it down to $150k.
-No defintive exit strategy for Iraq. His exact words we’ve got to look at bringing that war to a close.
-No universal healthcare for adults. Children only…which exists in virtually every state already.
-His health care decrease in cost of $2500 per family is a hope thta computerized records will allow health insurers to pass the (estimated) savings on to premium payors…yeah right.
-Spending plan heading for a 1 TRILLION dollar deficit in the FIRST year in office, even after taking into account any spending cuts he proposes.
-Recently acknowledged that the next President will have SCALE BACK his agenda and some of his proposals.

Before you speak…read the link! There’s got to be something in your brain that says, Why do I believe in him?

hmmmmm last week all the cons could say was that factcheck is in the tank for Obama…and now you want to quote them….
July 7th, 2009 at 7:14 pm
Hell of a lot better then McCain who will spend over 11 trillion dollars for his plan.

When it’s about his birth certificate it’s not a reliable source. Now it suddenly is?
Not trying to be offensive, just checking

Dude…. If you want 4 more years of Bush go ahead vote for McCain….. At least Obama will try to undo the mess that Bush Made. McCain is too dumb to realize that the Bush Admin has been a complete failure.

Fact Check has regularly found Obama more accurate than McCain, so I’m not sure what the issue is. Also, not sure why some of these are supposed to be problematic. Both candidates agreed for example during the debate that they’re going to have to scale back some plans because of the Wall Street meltdown.

To bad more people can’ t see past the wonderful speaking ability to the crap Obama is feeding us!!!
July 19th, 2009 at 8:44 am
Unfortunately, it’s probably too late to educate Americans on what Obama says and what he means.
July 19th, 2009 at 3:18 pm
I think he’s being realistic. And even McCain would slap you upside the head about not stating an exit strategy. Isn’t he the one who’s all wiggy about not giving away your intent to the enemy?

Palin said Now is not the time to experiment with socialism! but in Meet The Press, McCain said It is the job, when a country has hit a low in their economy, for America to intervene so what Palin is saying is that Obama can’t spread the wealth but It’s okay for McCain to say that we should use our tax money to pay for another country to spread the wealth and on Nightly News Palin was asked if she was a feminist and Palin said that It is unfair to label people just from appearance and ethnic group. but Sarah also said to the Today Show Yes, I think I’m a strong feminist. how can we support a party that changes their platforms that quickly and without care. Are we$ed?

I couldn’t agree more-thanks for the link-but you know all people would say is that your biased, racist, or don’t know what you’re talking about
July 29th, 2009 at 5:19 am

July 30th, 2009 at 9:48 am
McCain fact check: After going through McCain’s health plan and tax plan my taxes will be raised over $1000 a year. Here is the reality check between our take home before taxes is under $60,000. Under Obama’s plan I will have a small tax deduction but not a $1000 raise. Do your own math and check it out at the candidates website.

Obama is full of more crap than a Tennessee outhouse.
The sad part is he’s got sooooo many gullible Americans buying into his schpeil… just goes to show that even smart people can do stupid things sometimes (like vote for Obama).

Than fact check, might not have their facts straight..
First, Biden slipping on words hardly makes it a fact.. If that were the case, than Mccain truly does want 100 years of war..
2. Obama never had a definitive strategy of war.. Neither candidate did.. Obama has always said his policies aren’t set in stone and he retains the right to change as facts on the ground do..
3. Not my issue.. Don’t know.. I’ll give ya that one..
4. See #3
5. Fact check doesn’t exactly know, as nobody does (if they can pay).. This relies on how the economy does after his presidency.. Both candidates are relying on factors that are yet to come..
6. They are slow, as we all knew this already..

All good points. But you are speaking it seems to a crowd that has made their choice for President. It is sad how many will vote with no idea beyond color who they are voting for..and that is for those voting for either McCain or Obama. People educate yourself on the truth of of both candidates not by the color of their skin or what you have been told they stand for but what they have stood for in their recent years in office. Be an educated voter. Actions speak louder than words…what does your choice in candidates actions say about them.
