online shopping scambaysoftgames?


hello guys I just order yesterday swap magic 3 from baysoftgames. after i order it i google the site then i found this site http://www0.epinions.com/pr-Online_Stores_Services-Baysoftgames_com/sec_~opinion_list/pp_~2 i hopped i read this before i buy from this site what i will do if i got scammed? can i get back my money. can you tell me if this site is safe. does someone shoppes from this site and get his order please someone tell me

    seems safe ran it through McAfee siteAdvisor and it passed all test
    - found downloads on this site were free of adware, spyware, and other potentially unwanted programs.

    - received less than 1 e-mail per month (no spam)

    - linked sites aresafe or have only minor safety/annoyance issues.

    but from the looks of it it looks like its a safe site (will not steal info or give u a viru) but it does look like they dont fallow through with sales and just take ur money.

    but if u did get scammed on web most likely the web site would close or change address and name, change the look, and would def not give money back.
