okay i wanna order these shows in natural

but i read in some of the reviews, that you have to order 2 sizes bigger (e.g if your an 8- 8.5 in mens like me, then you’d have to order a 9- 9.5)
but theirs 2 different sizes on Amazon.com US, and then just M
so my question is
do i need to order the shoe in a size 9 US in order to fit in them? because i am an 8

I have to buy them in a size bigger, so for me, I usually wear 11, I have to buy 12’s.
