You need to start with the two most basic things:
1. A website. You can hire a firm to do this for you but it will be expensive (4 figures). Or you can find a self-service where you can build one on your own. For example, Yahoo Sitebuilder (yes I know this is Yahoo Answers but Sitebuilder is the one I’ve used in the past). Also, Wordpress might work. Search for website design, I just did and came up with hundreds of companies that could help you. If you decide to hire a company, make sure to get multiple bids and compare them. Tell them you probably want an HTML rather than a Flash site.
2. Search engine marketers. Search engine results are the lowest hanging fruit for generating leads and interest in your company/product. Search online for SEM firms or Search Engine Marketing.
