Public Relations

I just graduated from undergraduate this spring, and I am going through a low confidence period right now. I majored in mass communications (Advertising/PR) and I don’t think I have what it takes to be successful in this career field. I have not found any jobs that will fit what I am looking for and if I do find a job related, it seems like my experience is not enough. I graduated at the top of class, worked hard, and even studied hard, but it still seems like I have not done enough to make it. Is this a phase? I have even looked at administrative positions but still fill like I am lacking something that is crucial to this type of work. How can I get my confidence up? Only serious answers please!

Why is bashing the opponent considered a better strategy than promoting your own agenda?

I am 38 yrs old staying in Delhi. I did M.Com and PG Diploma in PR advertising. i worked around 12 yrs. in newspaper 3.5 yrs. in facility(housekeeping co.) as Mgr. Bus. Development. I am single and can give time to study.I secured 45% in B.Com(regular) 58% in M.com(Pvt.) I want to add in my qualification . I thought to do MBA from IGNOU. Plz. advice is it right decesion? And now I am planning to switch over to admin. Presently I am working as Facility Manager. I am getting good package around 4.00Lakh p.a. Either I should go for P.G. diploma In Business Management. Please advice me should I go for this course or anything else is there for me.

I am very new to blogging. I want to increase the page view of my blog and want it to be seen by more visitors daily. My blog is with blogger.com and the url is http://academicportfolio-sudipa.blogspot.com/ Please suggest me how do I increase the page view. My Google PR is zero (:() I wish I could be able to increase it also. Ooops, I forgot to tell you that I do not have money to invest right now (Till I can’t get a steady online income, ;)), so only FREE methods are needed right now. Later, if I can do well with my blog, I will definitely invest.

I am interested in their MA program in Global Marketing Communications Advertising.. has anyone attended or knows of similar Master programs at other universities? I have been out of college since December 06 and have been interning/working at a PR firm.. now I am looking to go back to school- what do you think?
The reason I want to pursue this degree is because I want to work on an international level. From what I understand then, I would be better of working and getting actual experience than a MA? (at least for now…)

I’m 25 and going back to college. I dropped out before because I changed my mind and didn’t want to do my planned major. The problem is, I work during the day and now that I’m married, we count on my income and I can’t quit right now to go back to school, so I would have to take night classes. And I don’t think I have all my core classes finished so would I have to finish them first? And can you actually get a PR (public Relations) degree there? What about advertising? And they have nothing to do with my job now so I couldn’t get help from my employer. (I’m a receptionist at a medical facility)

I’ve looked at every online flag store there is and still nothing…short of flying to PR myself and getting one I can’t think of anything. Please help! This is a gift for someone very special to me.
