Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son consulted for five years as an expert on these very same issues at a time of enormous expansion in online banking. Hunter Biden was receiving consulting payments from MBNA, he also was a Washington lobbyist at a firm he had personally co-founded. Here’s that story.

Arienna Huffington called Joe Biden’s voting for the bankruptcy law favoring banks immoral. Here’s that story. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jackson-williams/joe-biden-true-friend-of_b_120776.html Here are two videos about Obama’s numerous connections to Fannie-Mae.

- Joe Biden voted AGAINST George H. Bush Sr.s use of force against Iraq after Iraq invaded Kuwait.

- Joe Biden voted FOR George W. Bush Jr.’s use of force against Iraq in 2003 after 9-11.

- Joe Biden voted against the authorization for the change of strategy in Iraq that required the deployment of more troops to Iraq

Do you feel these votes bolster Joe Biden’s authority to have an opinion on John McCain’s foreign policy record? or do they undermine it?

She says she will stay in the race until there is a nominee and it appears the superdelegates are busy choosing the nominee. What has happend to Clinton’s roster of superdelegates? They appear to be jumping ship? She hasn’t picked up a single delegate since May 5th and has gotten a total of 5 this month. Obama picked up 3 on the eve of the primary and at least 4 more today alone.

Hillary needs to change her strategy of going after blue collar votes and start pursing the superdelegates but how can she stop the bleeding?

Pollsters ask you about who you support for president, about what kind of toothpaste you use, about whether you plan to buy a new car in the next six months, about whether you think Barry Bonds is guilty, etc. In turn, they profit by selling these results to corporations, candidates, and PR firms who need such information to shape their messages and products. Why should only the pollsters benefit from your valuable insight as a consumer? When I am polled on, A) my level of satisfaction with a particular service or B) my consumer or political preferences, I reply that, as a leading consumer, I am happy to share with you valuable insight that will greatly benefit your sponsor. My consulting rates begin at $500/hour with a $200 downpayment. By God, my opinion is worth something and I should get paid for it! Does anyone else share this feeling like pollsters are actually making tons of money and not giving you your fair share?

For those who do not know this is a picture of Kris Marshall

http://www.marloh.com/HTML/gallery/PR_advertising/images/wow/KrisMarshall37692.jpg

I am the spitting image of kris marshall but I have ginger hair, pale skin and I am a lot skinnier with acne. How will I ever get a girl to like me enough to be my girlfriend?

My friends and I just graduated from college. He has an international business degree, I have a PR degree.

We’ve decided to try and start our own consulting firm for transatlantic relationships as we both have spent a lot of time in both Europe and the US.

We have a meeting with the bank who might be financing our experiment.

My question is, what do I bring to the bank? All I have is a date and the name of a rep I’m meeting with.

What do they like to see? Research findings? Business plans? And in what format?

(Both my partner and I are surprised we didn’t learn this in college.)

The hiring process has been going on for a month, they seemed to be anxious to talk to my references and get the process over with, I gave them good samples of my work.

Now, a couple of days later they tell me they are in the final rounds of interviewing other candidates. Is this common?

One would think that if they have seen you twice and asked for references, they would have it narrowed down to a couple of people.

I’m frustrated to learn that I have bothered my former co-workers to give me references, and it might turn out to be for no reason. By the way, the references were positive, so there is not an issue there.

I just would like to know if this is normal in the PR business, since I am new to the US PR market.

I appreciate any input, thanks in advance!

Question 1 :

Determine the value of h , r and then find the ratio of h/r when the total surface area of tin is minimum and h cm is high and r is radius of the base of the tin.

1. Find the value of r and h when the total surface area is minimum.

2. Volume of the tin is 1000cm³
V = 1000cm³
Π r²h = 1000cm³
h = 1000cm³/ Πr²

3. Surface area = 2 Π r² + 2 Π rh
= 2 Π r² + 2 Π r (1000 cm / Πr²)
STRATEGIES USED TO SOLVE PROBLEMS
Used two methods that are:
1. Calculus method and;
2. Trial and improvement method

CALCULUS

Area = 2 Π r² + 2 Π rh

= 2 Π r² + 2 Π r (1000 / r²)

A = 2 Π r² + 2000rˉ¹
Total surface area of each tin is minimum when dA / dR = 0

dA /dR = 4 Π r - 2000r¯²

0 = 4 Π r - 2000r¯²

4 Π r = 2000r¯²

4 Π r³ = 2000
r³ = 2000 / 4 Π

r = ³√ (2000 / 4 Π)

r = 5.419 cm

CARRYING OUT THE STRATEGIES

r = 5.419cm

h = 1000 cm² / (5.419 cm)²

= 10.840cm
Calculate the ratio h / r
h : r = 10.840 : 5.419

h = 10.840
r = 5.419
= 2.0003 cm²

h / r = 2 / 1 That is, a two to one ratio

Trial and improvement method

5.6554.9
5.7556.1
5.8557.7

Base on the table when the value of r = 5.4 cm the
surface area of the aluminium tin is minimum.

Answer Calculation

h = 1000 / pr²
= 1000 / p (5.4)²
= 58.9463

Calculate the ratio h / r

Ratio h / r = 58.9463 / 5.4

= 10.916

Thus the ratio of h / r is = 10.916

≈ 11.000

h / r = 11 / 1 That is, a eleven to one ratio

IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Question 2 :

Aluminum plat that have rectangular shape is use to make each surface for bottom and upper of the tin with the high of the cylinder h cm

Determine the value of r, h and then calculate the h to get the total surface area of the substance r use to make the aluminum is minimum.

1. Find the total surface area that is minimum to build aluminum tin that has

2. Volume of the tin is 1000cm³
V = 1000cm³
pr²h = 1000cm³
h = 1000 / Πr²

3.Upper surface

4. Bottom surface

Area of upper and bottom surface area that is
needed is = 2( 2r x 2r )
= 8r²

Area of circular surface
= 2 pr x h
= 2 pr (1000 / pr²)

Total all surface
= 8r² +2 pr ( 1000 / pr²)

Carrying out the strategies
Calculus method
Surface area that is needed

A = 8r² + 2 pr (1000 / pr²)

A = 8r² + (2000 / r)

A = 8r² + 2000r¯¹
Total surface area of each tin is minimum when dA / dR = 0

dA / dr = 16r – (2000 / r²)

16r = 2000 / r²

16r³ = 2000

r³ = 2000 / 16

r = ³ √ (2000 / 16)

= 5 cm

Trial and improvement method

A = 8r² + 2 r (1000 / pr²) when

r = 5 cm

A = 8r² + ( 2000 / pr)

= 2008 cm²

CONCLUSION

I have found that the polygon that have many
sides have the least wastage when it is cut to form a
circle as the top and bottom of the surface of the
can. So, the production cost can be reduced.
As a decision, I suggest to Muhibbah Company
to choose the polygon material that many sides.
When the number of sides of polygon increase,
the value of h : r approaches 2.
Hence the wastage can be reduced.
