I have been given a wonderful opportunity for my new PR and Event Planning firm… I would like to get ideas and advice from more experienced professionals.
There is a young man that needs an engine for his van. He is a very active wheelchair bound individual. He was name Advocate of the Year this year in Texas.
He needs his van because of the wheelchair lift. For his birthday, the non-profit for which he is a board member, decided to give him a birthday/fundraiser party. In lieu of gifts we will ask for online evite donations. We will probably use pay pal for this. (unless someone has a better idea)
The party will held @ a local restaurant. I want to make this the most memberable party ever!! Door prizes, surprises, special guests (if possible) He loves the Houston Rockets!!
I need to find a detailed copy of a service agreement to present…can you direct me?

This is something which draws a total blank for me. Why not contact a company that does this same thing and find out what they use?
