I have several creative ideas and I’d like to launch several business. For instance an event planning company, PR firm, and an online gift store. I am not planning on launching everything at the same time, but I was wondering how I should structure them. Would I need to form 3 corporations?

As far as I know, you can have as many corporations as you’d like. I know someone who had 7 or 8 at one time. You just have to go apply for the name to make sure it isn’t already taken. Then pay the fee involved to get the name and T.I.N. and you’re in.

Please, for all that is sacred, we don’t need anymore corporations in America. This country is already riddled with too many of these immoral, soul crushing, rat racing entities.
