I need a 1 or 2 BR within driving distance to the mall (plaza las americas) and would like to be close to a decent beach. all the places i’ve seen online are vacation rentals, which make them fairly expensive. i’ve looked at rent.com and apartments.com but they dont list PR apts for some reason. Also, what are the pet policies for PR? I have a box turtle I want to take. I know Hawaii is fairly strict on their policy about animals being taken to/from the island because of environmental issues.
what, thanks. could anyone also tell me which specific areas around san juan and the mall would be decent to live in and close to the beach? i see a ton of areas when im looking for apts, but i really dont know how close they are to where i want to be. i would prefer not to drive more than 30 mins to work, so are there any hip areas close to the beach i should check out?

I began classes at an art school last year and after going through a few of them, I decided that art world was not for me. After going through some random classes the college offered, I stumbled upon the marketing major. It’s seriously the perfect major for me. However, now I’m in a position where I can’t decide between Advertising and Public Relations. I’m very interested in both but I’m approaching the sign-ups for next semester classes and I really need to choose a career path.

If anyone has any personal experience on the matter or is going through the same dilemma, advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have several creative ideas and I’d like to launch several business. For instance an event planning company, PR firm, and an online gift store. I am not planning on launching everything at the same time, but I was wondering how I should structure them. Would I need to form 3 corporations?

I have been given a wonderful opportunity for my new PR and Event Planning firm… I would like to get ideas and advice from more experienced professionals.

There is a young man that needs an engine for his van. He is a very active wheelchair bound individual. He was name Advocate of the Year this year in Texas.

He needs his van because of the wheelchair lift. For his birthday, the non-profit for which he is a board member, decided to give him a birthday/fundraiser party. In lieu of gifts we will ask for online evite donations. We will probably use pay pal for this. (unless someone has a better idea)

The party will held @ a local restaurant. I want to make this the most memberable party ever!! Door prizes, surprises, special guests (if possible) He loves the Houston Rockets!!

I recently ordered some adizero PR’s online and i’m noticing that particularly on my right footed shoe that my feet are a little too big and it’s a little bit uncomfortable, i can run in them just fine, but i can tell i’m sort of squeezing my foot… they’re not too small a size, it’s that near my pinky toe there just doesn’t seem to be enough room so it’s kinda like my toe is pushing off of the sole.

i’ve heard that most ppl have foot slightly larger than the other so my main concern is wether or not this one particular area should stretch after the shoe breaks in, or if it is more likely that i’ll just rip right through the fabric?

I was a private school teacher for 5 years teaching Math and Science to 5th graders. I decided that the classroom wasn’t for me anymore and have since done freelance consulting at places similar to Discovery and Nickelodean. Based on this background where could my career head next? Corp world, HR, PR? Any ideas?

Notwithstanding the multiple assets of the radio, - loads of channels (sports, news, music etc.), broadcasting 24 hours daily, commercial-free – people still preferred XM to Sirius. Both radios were essentially alike, but XM was founded earlier.

The marketing cost for Sirius to build its customer base, convince people to pay for its service and then buy from the second fiddle would be, I estimate, approximately a gazillion bazillion dollars.

What should they do to establish themselves and really attract more customers?
