1.) Does link exchanging with a relevant site help, hurt, or neutral?

2.) I’m a PR3, does link exchanging with a relevant site with a PR0 help, hurt, or neutral?

3.) If someone I swap links with puts my link site wide on their site (ex. site wide footer) which ends up being thousands of links from the same domain, is that BETTER then if I just had 1 incoming link from their home page?

4.) If I swap links with someone, and put the rel=nofollow attribute on their link, will their link back to me be a non-recipricol link?

5.) Are non-recipricol links actually better then a recipricol link?

6.) When submitting articles to digg for example, the more I submit; will it help or is one link back from digg enough?

7.) According to dnscoop.com it seems that the more incoming links the more a domain is worth, but what actually contributes to raising your PR?

8.) Are anchored (keyword) linkbacks better then just a regular link back with your site name or URL on it?

Thanks in advance

He even ignores his own party telling him that their strategy is not working. Why won’t this man listen to anyone?
I’m sure all my thumbs down are from people too unintelligent to admit that they’re wrong.

The problem may be that Obama is just not a good debater(Maybe the worst debater).
What do you think about, will Obama’s political strategy work ?
@Joyce. : How debate do you need ? It’s not an answer…Are you a bad debater too ?
@Ana K : I don’t agree, Obama has never been a great debater.
@Pro Deus Et Patria : Can I sing Kum-Ba-Yah with you ?
And you have a really short memory, during the democratic primaries, Obama was clearly not a great debater…Thanks to media’s help.
@@Pro Deus Et Patria :Example of a great debater :

Obama can’t face debate with his own supporters.

Do you think McCain changed his tone because he realized how much he turn voters off or do you think he’s getting a little tired campaigning?

See article about the ‘new’ McCain:

As the title states, i am curious if anyone uses them well for hard workouts as well as the casual runner. Please post the original time you wanted to improve and the result of the training you did. Also if you have any additional side training or ideas for something creative that would help improve endurance and strength please make mention of them.

For reference…I run Track and Cross-country. I am an average track athlete with my best and favorite event being the mile. My PR is a 4:57 mile, in which i average 6th in my area. I am more focused on improving my cross-country time, which is a 5k in roughly 19:30 for a hard course and around 18:30s for a road race.

I train with my teammates according to my 2 coaches, occasionally run miles at home, and sometimes jog.
This summer i will be going all out; lifting weights, swimming, biking, hiking, training, deciding on splits, and pack running with the team leaders…do you think the training i currently have (w/o online) is overdone?
I only ask the last part as an opinion poll of what experianced runners think…i don’t want to be too tired to complete any part of my training, and i don’t want to get burned out on training/ running either. I realize that no one can determine absolutely how much training it takes to burn out, but i figured some runners might have good warnings and advice.

oh, and if you are wondering…yes, i have shin splints = ] but they heal rather quickly.

Thnx for reading all this and your time/advice. See you on the backroads!

I am running in regionals on monday for the 1600 and the 3200. I need help for some race strategies… I have very good endurance and good speed as well, but my times are never as fast as I want them to be. My goals for regionals would be under 10:40 for the 3200 and under 5:10 for the mile… what do I do to assure that I achieve these goals? my pr is 5:20 for the 1600 and 10:56 for the 3200, but I always go out with the front of the pack and end up dying the first few laps because they are around a 35 second per 200 pace (of course even the front runners slow down as well). I know I can do way better than those two times.
Gee, thanks for the obvious…

Verbund is an Austrian hydro power company and has more than 80 power plants located in the high region of the Alps. Some have become quite a touris attraction hosting visits of guests throughout the year. However, many people are still unaware of Verbund and what it actually does!
What could Verbund do to try and expand this aspect of tourism (also visits from across borders) and therefore improve its reputation and public image? What possibilities do you see for public relations?

What happens if you’re invited to go to a public bathing house but you’re on your menstrual period? And I understand that the same water is used to soak by the whole family. What do you do in order to keep the water clean?
