I’ve tried looking it up online (cingular.com) but I don’t really know how. I do know it says the number won’t be mobile-to-mobile. I’m assuming it’s going to charge me?
I don’t want to call, just text this number. It’s my best friend, she stays here in the summer ..goes back to PR in the winter.

It counts as a regular US call, so it will not charge you extra.
